Bershka Returned My Jacket Without Delivering It or Notifying Me

On December 12, 2025, I purchased a black quilted men’s jacket (product code: 6773/777/800) from Bershka’s official website. I paid $50 in three installments using my credit card. My order was processed to be shipped via UPS Turkey, and the delivery window was stated as December 17–19, 2025. However, during this period, I did not receive any notification by SMS, email, or phone call.
When I checked UPS’s tracking system on December 17 and 18, the shipment appeared to be in transit. When I checked again on December 19, I saw that the package had been returned without any notice. I then contacted UPS customer service, provided the tracking number, and was told that the shipment under that tracking number was not registered under my name or address, and that I needed to contact the store where I purchased the item.
I then contacted Bershka’s WhatsApp support line. I was told that the product had been returned because I supposedly did not want it, and that no action could be taken other than issuing a refund. This explanation is completely inaccurate. The product was never delivered to me, and I was never informed about the delivery or return process. If I didn’t want the product, I would have simply waited for the return—I wouldn’t have repeatedly checked the tracking status or contacted both the courier and Bershka. On the contrary, I clearly wanted the item, which is why I followed up multiple times and had to reach out to both parties.
To resolve the inconvenience I experienced throughout this process, I am requesting that the return be canceled and that the black quilted jacket I purchased be shipped to me, if possible under the same order conditions and at the original price.
