Bershka Refuses Return Despite Still Being Within Return Window
On November 29, I ordered a puffer jacket from Bershka’s official website. When I later wanted to return the item, I was... provided with a return barcode, but I was informed that I could not complete the return on December 16 because the barcode had expired. I then requested a new return barcode, but
