I ordered one leather jacket via the Bershka mobile application on 07.11.2025. My order number is 40338915902 and my delivery address is Balıkesir Bandırma. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was shown as between 17.11.2025 and 18.11.2025. However, despite this period having long passed, there has been no change in the status of my order and the product has still not been delivered. When I check the Bershka application, the status of my order still appears as “in preparation”. I also tried to reach customer service via WhatsApp, but I could not get any response and only see the same “in preparation” information, so I have been left without any clear information or support. I find it unacceptable that such a large brand causes this kind of victimization and leaves its customers without information for such a long time. I request that my order be urgently examined, that my jacket be shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible, or that a clear and satisfactory solution be provided to eliminate my grievance.
