Bershka Refuses Return Despite Still Being Within Return Window

On November 29, I ordered a puffer jacket from Bershka’s official website. When I later wanted to return the item, I was provided with a return barcode, but I was informed that I could not complete the return on December 16 because the barcode had expired. I then requested a new return barcode, but no new code was assigned to me. As a result, I am unable to return the product.

I was told that the return code I received on December 5 had passed its expiration date. However, even though I placed the order on November 29, the 30-day return period had not yet expired. I contacted Bershka via their WhatsApp support line, where I was told that the 30-day return period had already ended. But when I look at the dates, I can clearly see that this information is incorrect.

I request that Bershka issue a new, valid return barcode for my order so that I can return the product without any issues and receive a refund to my card for the amount I paid.
