Bershka Refund Still “In Process” After 2.5 Months, ₺490 Not Returned
On July 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of cargo Bermuda shorts through the Bershka app. Since the size did not fit, I returned the item unused and with the tag still attached. My order number for this return is 2005341413. On the same day, I returned another product and received that refund within two days without any issues. However, it has now been about two and a half months, and this particular return still shows as “in process” in the app, with no refund credited to my account.
During this period, I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told to check with my bank, but my bank confirmed that no refund request was ever initiated. Additionally, I was never asked to provide any extra documents or information.
I am requesting that the ₺490 refund for this return be deposited into my account immediately. I have been waiting far too long, and I expect my grievance to be resolved without further delay.
