Bershka Didn’t Deliver My Order by the Promised Date — No Customer Support

On September 20, 2025, I placed an order for two items through the Bershka mobile app, with a total value of $122 (product codes: 9007/668700 and 1602/664/040). My order number is 40315300622. The delivery address was listed as Kocaeli, and the products were supposed to be delivered no later than September 30. However, my order status still shows “being prepared at the warehouse,” even though the estimated delivery date has long passed.

During this time, I tried to contact customer service, but I couldn’t reach anyone or get a response. I request that my order be delivered to me immediately and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible to compensate for the delay and inconvenience I’ve experienced.
