Bershka Order Shows Delivered but Package Never Reached My Address
On October 7, 2025, I placed an order from Bershka’s online store for an oversized faux leather blazer (0653867760503) and two short-sleeve crewneck t-shirts. My order number is 40326481448, and I paid a total of $112. The system shows that my order was delivered on October 13, 2025, but no package ever arrived at my address in Bodrum, Muğla. I also never received any message or delivery notification from the shipping company.
I’ve tried to contact Bershka customer service, but I keep getting redirected to an international phone number, and there’s no one to actually speak with. I haven’t been able to get any information or updates about my order.
I request that my items be shipped to my address immediately or that I receive a full refund for my payment. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue and clear communication from Bershka.
