Persistent Issues with Beko 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner
My experience has been marred by a slew of service and manufacturing issues since the day I acquired the Beko 15,000 BTU air conditioner. It's upsetting that these problems have continued despite multiple service visits caused by bad installation. Recently, not only did my air conditioner fail to cool correctly, but it also spilled a yellow material (gas) from the indoor unit, posing a significant concern in my home. The service staff blamed the occurrence on power fluctuations, but it's clear that the real culprit is a manufacturing flaw - the explosion of the R32 Aluminum Gas. My air conditioner is currently poor at cooling, and the problem has not been rectified. Unfortunately, no one appears to be eager to help. Furthermore, the service team is short on gas, making it impossible to forecast when they would be able to fix the problem. As a result, I'm looking for a quick cure to the discomfort and distress I've been experiencing. It is critical that this issue be addressed as soon as possible in order to create a safe and functional living environment.
