I ordered a Beko 24,000 BTU air conditioner with code 32425 from the Aykoç store in Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa on June 29, 2023. The service team completed the installation on July 4, 2023, which I appreciated. However, only one week later, the AC began to display a Ch 38 error and stopped cooling. I requested service on July 12, 2023, and they scheduled an appointment for July 27, 2023. What a farce! Waiting two to three days is understandable, but two weeks in this oppressive heat is unbearable. I've called the service, and they keep promising to take care of it, but it's all hollow promises. It's highly disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and inefficiency from a reputable company like Beko. I never expected them to provide such excellent service. Beko, you're turning into a regret, which is unfortunate. You should be ashamed!
