We purchased an air conditioner from Beko three years ago and have not been able to use it properly The air conditioner will not stop displaying the Ch-38 Error and will eventually turn off on its own. It would appear that the cooling gas has been depleted. Every year we have the same problem and we call Beko every year and they just tell us that the gas has been depleted and they will fill it up. Since a week ago, the technical support department has been unable to schedule a team of repair technicians. Without a functional air conditioner, it is intolerable to stay inside while the temperature is 40 degrees. They told me that they would charge to refill the gas and when I complained saying that there is something wrong with the unit as this has happened every year they eventually agreed to remove the unit and get it fixed. But it has been 10 days since I called them and I have had just about enough of their poor service and will order another unit from another company.
