Beko Could Not Fix My 18 BTU AC That Fails to Cool a 21 Square Meter Room

Despite repeatedly insisting that I do not want service, Beko continues to send technicians, yet none of them have been able to identify or fix the issue. I’ve been dealing with this ordeal for a full year. I’ve called for service multiple times—they replaced the control board, it didn’t work; they recharged the gas, it didn’t help; then they said too much gas had been added, still no solution. They told me to have cleaning and maintenance done on a brand-new AC I’ve never been able to use, so I did that too—again, no results. Today, on 08.05.2025, another service visit, and again, no fix. Now they claim the problem might be the placement of the motor, even though it's installed in a spacious and suitable location. It’s just common sense—if an 18 BTU air conditioner can’t cool a 21-square-meter room, then clearly the unit is faulty. What part of this don’t you understand? What gives you the right to keep replacing parts in a brand-new product? What a disgraceful company—this level of negligence is unbelievable. I’ve had this AC for a year now, and it’s brought nothing but daily stress and discomfort to my home.
