Beko Authorized Service is Unreachable
It's been two months since my Beko built-in set was installed, and it's been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. We decided to call for help because we were having problems. The local service in Yalova made only one visit, promising that the headquarters would follow up - a promise that never materialized. To make matters worse, we never received that call, and each service request we opened was mysteriously closed without our knowledge. We're now caught in a confusing loop of opening and closing requests between Beko's customer service and their technicians. This level of disarray is unprecedented in my experience as a long-time user of Arçelik Beko appliances. I beg a responsible party to intervene and break the cycle of frustration and apathy.
