I purchased the Beko KM80 heat pump dryer about three years ago, and since day one, the filter with the latch has always been wet after use. Dust escaping from the filter gets damp, causing an unpleasant smell in the machine. I’ve asked other users, and no one seems to have experienced this issue.
This persistent problem has been frustrating and makes using the dryer an unpleasant experience. I expect Beko to address this issue promptly and provide a permanent solution. A product at this price point should not have such a fundamental flaw. Beko, I urge you to stand behind your product and resolve this issue as soon as possible!
