Beko Has Terrible Customer Service
I wanted to purchase a Philips brand television, which Beko had listed for sale on its website at a discounted price using the code "oliz." However, when I tried to apply the code in the store, they informed me that I couldn't avail the discount. Frustrated, I decided to call their customer service on 06.10.2023 at 14:51. As I began to inquire why the discount code wasn't valid in their stores, the representative abruptly interrupted me, stating that they couldn't directly assist with Philips products. I pointed out that they were selling the TV, to which they replied, "Unfortunately, we cannot provide service." I expressed my disappointment, mentioning their reputation for good customer service. In a soft yet somewhat arrogant tone, he said, "Thank you," and we ended the call. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and this experience falls far short of the mark. This is not how you build a global brand.
