My Beko TV Repair Waiting, Legal Rights Ignored!

I sent my TV to Dikmen Beko service for repairs on August 17, 2023. It was still under warranty. The Beko service took 37 days to fix the TV and didn't give any explanation. They took longer than the allowed 20 business days to complete the repairs. Even though I told them they needed to replace my TV, which they are legally required to do, they still haven't done it as of October 23, 2023. It's still sitting in their service center! They have it hostage because I haven't requested a repair, and they still haven't fulfilled my request for a replacement! I suggest not dealing with Beko because their service is really bad and their products are easily breakable.
