HAÚSTIE Automatic Cat Litter Box Defective – Safety & Refund Issue

I purchased a HAÚSTIE branded white automatic cat litter box from the seller Atlas Planet (Houseter Marc) on Amazon. The product was delivered yesterday afternoon and I installed it in the evening. I used it for less than 24 hours and when I came home from work today, I saw that the feces had been thrown out of the device and were scattered on the floor. While I was trying to understand what was going on, the device suddenly started working and my cat was able to get inside while it was in operation. At that moment I was really shocked, because the sensor was clearly not working properly and my cat could have been harmed. A system sold as “automatic” and “safe” both throws the feces outside and does not detect the cat inside, which makes me feel that this product is unsafe and not working as promised. Due to the fact that the device is defective from the first day and poses a risk to my cat’s safety, I request that my situation be urgently evaluated and that the necessary action be taken regarding this product. I want this problematic device to be taken back and my payment of ₺11,990 to be fully refunded as soon as possible.
