I purchased a Beko CMX10120 washing machine in early November 2024 and started using it immediately. However, in just a short time, the front door seal tore and started leaking water. When I called Beko service, they inspected it and told me that the seal had softened, almost as if it had deteriorated.
Instead of replacing the faulty part, they claimed it was "user error", saying I should remove clothes without rubbing against the seal. How is this a reasonable expectation? I have owned three washing machines before this, each lasting over 10 years, and I have never had this issue. If Beko expects customers to remove laundry without touching the door seal, maybe they should invent a new method for doing so!
To make matters worse, the technicians simply said they "reported the issue to the regional office" and left without fixing anything. I have always trusted Beko as a reliable local brand, but this experience is making me reconsider my loyalty. Beko, stand behind your products and replace the faulty seal immediately!
