Beko Charged Me Twice for Refrigerator Repairs and It Still Isn’t Cooling

It hasn't even been a year since I wrote my last complaint. Unfortunately, after having my refrigerator repaired, it has stopped cooling again. I paid nearly half the price of a new fridge just for the repair, and now they are telling me I’ll be charged another repair fee because it’s not under warranty. I've spoken with customer service multiple times but have gotten no results. The repair service and customer service seem to be working together to make me lose faith in Koç Group brands. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I don't understand how the same issue could happen again so soon after an expensive repair. I just want a fair resolution.
