Beko Refrigerator Week-Long Repair Failure
I've never experienced such poor service as I have with Beko Bahçelievler. On July 11, 2024, they replaced the motor in my non-functioning refrigerator, charging me ₺7,500. If only that had fixed it! They said the fridge would cool within 24 hours, but after three days, there was still no sign of life. When I called them back, the technician mumbled something about insufficient refrigerant, which I didn't buy.
The real kicker? They told me to unplug it for two days. I requested a loaner fridge, which they reluctantly provided - and surprise, surprise, it doesn't work either. I'm not even shocked anymore. This incompetent service has left me and my kids in a bind for a week. Everything's gone bad in the fridge, and I never want to hear the names Arçelik or Beko again. I'm disgusted.
I demand that Beko compensate me for this ordeal, and I'll be filing complaints with every relevant authority.
