Beko 9630 Fridge Fails Before 4 Years, Proper Attention Needed
I have been experiencing problems with my 9630 kex model refrigerator, which I bought from the Beko store in Sancaktepe about 3-3.5 years ago, for the last 6-7 months. At first, they told me there was no problem when I contacted the customer representative. My service process started 3 weeks ago. They changed important parts like the card, compressor, motor. Every day I'm being told that a new part has been changed and new problems have arisen. The financial loss I have experienced from the lack of a refrigerator during this process is inestimable. For the past week, I only have my backup fridge, and I only got it after great insistence. No matter how the product comes to me, if so many parts have been changed, it will definitely cause problems in the future. Since they did not respond after responding to my previous complaint, I decided to make a new complaint. Please stand behind your brand and make a product change. As someone who barely got one of the best and most expensive models of that period, I don't want to be victimized. Knowing the volume of your brand, I want to believe that you won't let me down in this matter.
