I purchased two products from Beko's official website, and despite emphasizing the urgency, it has been 11 days without delivery or any help from customer service. One of my items requires international delivery, and I chose Beko for its reputed reliability. However, their customer service is unhelpful, merely creating requests without follow-up.

I even visited the service center, but since no record was opened, I cannot receive the items I paid for, which are billed to my company. I have repeatedly stated that I do not need installation or delivery, just the products. Despite their website promising delivery within 2-3 days, it has been 11 days, and no one has assisted me. This company is excessively sales-focused and neglects customer service.

I cannot express the extent of my frustration. Every day the delivery is delayed, I incur penalties, yet Beko refuses to deliver the products despite my proactive efforts, providing invoices, and tax numbers. I have approached them with solutions, but they make no effort to help. I will share this negative experience with everyone I know and pursue all my legal rights regarding this matter.
