BeeSpeaker App Created Duplicate Subscription and Charged Twice

On January 30, 2026, I purchased a discounted Pro membership for $47 through Google Play for the BeeSpeaker app. However, on January 31, 2026, an additional $78 was charged to my card, and it appears in my Google Play account as if I purchased two separate subscriptions. One subscription is listed to expire on January 30, 2027, and the other on January 31, 2027. As a result, a total of $125 has been charged to my card.

I reported the issue to Google Play support, but I have not received any response so far. I have been negatively affected by the fact that two separate subscriptions were created for the same app on consecutive days, and that the second charge was applied at the full price.

I request that the Pro membership I purchased on January 30, 2026, for $47 remain active, and that the second payment of $78 charged on January 31, 2026, be canceled and refunded to me.
