BeeSpeaker Subscription Charged Despite Canceling Before Trial End

I started a subscription on the BeeSpeaker app that was supposed to include a 7-day free trial. Even though I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended, I saw today that $78 was charged to my debit card.

I was unable to contact the company because I could not find any phone number for the app, so I couldn’t report this issue directly. I absolutely do not accept being charged after canceling during what was supposed to be a free trial period.

I request that the $78 charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible and that my subscription be fully canceled.
