BeeSpeaker Unauthorized Payment and No Customer Support Response

I signed up for the BeeSpeaker app for free using my email address e***********@gmail.com. However, on November 24, a charge of $78 was made to my card through a transaction that I neither approved nor was aware of during my membership. Being charged without my knowledge for an app I believed was free both surprised me and caused me inconvenience.

Although I applied for a refund of the amount, the $78 that should have been returned has still not been credited to my card. I have bank records and receipts related to this transaction. Despite this, BeeSpeaker has not contacted me in any way, nor have they provided any information about the process.

I request that the $78 charged without my knowledge or consent be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that I receive a written explanation regarding this transaction.
