BC.Game Won't Return My Money

I have withdrawn an amount of Rs 36751 from BC.Game on 07-04-2025 which was shown as successful on 09-04-2025 but till date the amount has not been credited to my account. I contacted BC.Game customer support to acknowledge my grievance but they are ignoring my requests. I tried hard to convince them but I did not get any positive response. I submitted all the proofs which I was asked for but still money has not been credited to my account. The customer support is very irresponsive.
