I am writing to report a serious issue with a withdrawal from my BC.Game account is still not reflected in my bank account, even though it is marked as successful on your side. On 13 December, I requested a withdrawal of INR 22,004 from my BC.Game account (ID: 99697320) to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. The withdrawal was shown as successful on BC.Game, and I also received an email confirming that the withdrawal was successful. The order ID given for this transaction is F-1851380101121317967, and the UTR provided to me for this transaction is 534755643780. However, the money has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank and provided them with the UTR 534755643780 and all the details I received from BC.Game, but my bank clearly informed me that there is no transaction or record related to this UTR in their system, and no such amount has been credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account with IFSC KKBK0000264. I have also shared my bank statement with BC.Game support as proof that this amount was never received. Despite this, when I opened a ticket with BC.Game support, I received the following response: that the merchant has confirmed the payment was completed, no refund was received, and my ticket 9576426 was closed as “unsuccessful”, with advice to contact again after 24 hours to resubmit the inquiry. This response does not resolve the problem and leaves my funds unaccounted for. I am using BC.Game from India, and my withdrawal was sent to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. I have successfully withdrawn funds from BC.Game before, which shows that my bank details are correct and that withdrawals can work properly. In this case, however, the money is shown as completed on BC.Game, but neither my bank nor I has received it. I request that you urgently investigate this missing withdrawal of INR 22,004 with order ID F-1851380101121317967 and UTR 534755643780 and provide clear proof of where the funds were sent. If the transaction truly failed on the banking side, I expect the amount to be either immediately credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account or, if that is not possible, returned in full to my BC.Game balance so that my money is not lost. I also ask you to reopen my case and provide a clear, detailed explanation instead of closing the ticket without a proper solution.
