BC.Game Says My Withdrawal Was Successful but I Never Received It

On 29/05/2025, I made a withdrawal of ₹2044 from my BC.Game account. Although it took some time, the system eventually showed that the withdrawal was successful—but I never received the money. I initially assumed it might be a technical glitch or some other issue causing the delay, so I waited. However, even after four days, the status remained unchanged. The support ticket they created is still pending, with no sign of resolution. This highlights just how poor their customer support is. I've contacted them multiple times, only to be met with the same outdated, automated response from a bot: "Please be patient."
