I made a deposit on November 14, 2025 on BC.Game, and I still haven’t received it, even after speaking with their customer care team. They keep telling me the merchant never received the payment, and I genuinely don’t know what else to do at this point. I’ve sent every proof and document they asked for, yet not a single part of the deposited amount has been returned to me. I’m submitting this complaint because nothing has been resolved, and I kindly request that BC.Game personally review my statement and any documents needed. Please ask me if you require anything further, go through everything carefully, and finally resolve this issue for me.
