BC.Game Withdrawal Issue - Successful Status but Funds Not Received

I withdrew 14,240 INR on October 6, 2025, and although BC.Game later marked the transaction as successful, I never received the money. I had previously withdrawn the same amount—14,240 INR—without any issues. I immediately contacted BC.Game support and filed a complaint under ticket ID 9276944. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but I keep receiving only automated responses that provide no real assistance. I have already submitted the withdrawal details and my bank statement showing that the transaction is missing. I sincerely request BC.Game to review my case carefully and ensure that my missing withdrawal is paid to me without further delay. My BC.Game account has the user ID 43391*** and the username Usreekant***.

When I contact the company, they keep repeating the same thing. No matter how much time passes, their response never changes. They insist that the payment was successful and claim they sent it in PDF format, but I never received any PDFs. I even showed them my own PDF, where everything is clearly visible, yet they asked me to tell them my bank’s name. My bank told me to ask for their bank’s name, but the company refused to provide it. Their responses have been unhelpful and dismissive. Please escalate this complaint to the BC company and help me get it resolved.
