I placed a withdrawal request on April 14th at around 10:30 PM, and by 11:39 PM, it showed as successful. As advised by their customer support, I waited 24 hours for the withdrawal amount to be credited to my bank account. However, it has now been over 120hours, and the funds still haven't arrived. BC.Game customer support is no longer responding to my messages. They have already deducted the merchant fees from my withdrawal amount, yet I haven’t received anything. I feel like I’ve been misled and would like to dispute this issue with them.
