BC.Game Has Not Refunded My Withdrawal or Completed My Deposit

F-1834446999644339*** is my withdrawal transaction ID, and it has been 4 days since the transaction was processed, but I still haven’t received the amount in my bank account. I have submitted all of my bank statements, yet BC.Game representatives have been ignoring my complaint for the past 4 days and have not resolved the issue. Regarding my deposit with ID F-1834423645891562***, it also took 4 to 5 days, even though I submitted all the necessary proof. I request that both of these issues be resolved immediately. How can I trust BC.Game in the future if customers are left without support and their money is mishandled like this?
