Disappointment with Bauhaus Turkey
I have been a customer who has been shopping at Bauhaus in Germany and Switzerland for years. Now I am in Turkey and I expected the same quality and service. On 11.04.2023, I ordered a Sunfun lounge furniture set online, which was delivered relatively quickly, but unfortunately, it was a defective item. The replacement took weeks, and in the end, they sent the wrong item. They delivered the wrong side. Since 24.07.2023, I have been struggling to have the item picked up and get my money back. I call twice a week, always getting the same uninformative answer that it's being processed, and no one calls me back. Now I have even reported it in Germany, but unfortunately, with no success. I will now take legal action.
