Bauhaus Sent Me the Wrong Rattan Garden Furniture Set and Ignored My Return



On August 4, 2025, I purchased a rattan garden furniture set from the Bauhaus website under order number 8891137328. However, the wrong product was delivered to me; the size and shape of the item I received did not match my order at all. I reported the issue to the call center with photos, and although they initially insisted it was the same product, they admitted it was a wrong delivery after I provided proof. Throughout this process, I requested an exchange, but due to the ongoing issues I decided to return the product instead. Yet, more than two weeks have passed and the return has not been processed, while the incorrect product still occupies a large space in my garden. Moreover, because of the rain, the item is getting wet and may be damaged. The product is under warranty, and I paid a total of ₺42,900. I demand that the incorrectly delivered item be collected as soon as possible and that my payment be refunded.
