Metro Grossmarket Outdoor Furniture Complaint - Legs Damaged Within 2 Years




I bought an outdoor wooden furniture set from Metro Grossmarkt, Turkey, Istanbul on May 29, 2023. One leg of one of the chairs was broken, and I injured myself. When I inspected the furniture further, I realized that all the legs had deep cracks, some of them on the verge of breaking. I was surprised to notice that all the legs of my outdoor furniture were damaged and almost broken within two years of purchase. It was marketed and advertised as strong and robust outdoor furniture with a higher price compared to other stores like Bauhaus. I called them ten days prior and informed their customer service representatives three times. They promised to call me back after their investigation, but they haven't contacted me yet.
