Bauhaus Sunfun Westbrook Rattan Set Poor Welding Quality
On April 13, 2022, I purchased the Sunfun Westbrook Rattan 4-Piece Seating Set (Product Code 61271867) from Bauhaus. However, the electrical welds at five spots have failed. The material quality is exceedingly low, with thin profiles and bars constructed of low-grade, weak materials. Naturally, the welding is spot welded, but it was done without deburring or inspection, resulting in badly produced welds. Despite filing a complaint and submitting images, a technical expert dismissed the claim in less than two years without checking the product's welds. The distance sales contract stipulates that support will be offered for any issues with the goods, whether guaranteed or not, until the product is sold. However, this term was only valid until the product was sold. However, no time limit was mentioned. Now, directed to the person in charge after the welder's denial, your behavior is neither correct nor ethical. Standing by the merchandise we bought from you is the correct thing to do. Either fix or exchange my merchandise.
