Bauhaus Sent Previously Returned Items and Delayed My Refund Payment




I was sent a used and previously returned product by Bauhaus, from which I had purchased a balcony seating and dining set. The items were delivered to me defective and with visible faults. After noticing this, I immediately initiated a return request.
However, I was told that I had to repack all parts exactly as they were in Bauhaus’s warehouse, which was quite difficult to do. Despite calling multiple times and sending several messages via WhatsApp, the refund was only processed after my credit card billing date, meaning the charge appeared on my statement, disrupting my budget planning.
I also had to pay for the bubble wrap and other packaging materials when returning the items. I therefore request full reimbursement for all expenses I incurred, including the packaging costs, and proper compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.
