Barclays Bank Mobile App Freezes With No Error Message During Login

Even though I enter my password correctly to log into my account on the Barclays Finance app, nothing happens. The app becomes completely unresponsive and does not display any error message. This issue has been ongoing for about 13 hours, and during this time I have tried different internet networks and deleted and reinstalled the app, but the result has not changed. I have a moderate balance in my account, and not being able to access it is causing me financial distress.

I have not yet contacted customer service. I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that my access to my account be restored.
