Columbia Peakfreak II Outdry Shoes Tearing And Water Leakage Issue

I purchased a pair of Peakfreak II Outdry men’s shoes from Colombia's official website, and they were delivered to me on 04.02.2024. After a short period of use, tearing occurred on the fabric of the shoes and they also started to let water in, which is not acceptable for a product of this type and brand. I contacted Colombia customer service regarding the tearing and water leakage problems, but I have not yet received any response. I am dissatisfied that such a problem has arisen in a short time and that my complaint has not been answered. I kindly request that my defective Peakfreak II Outdry men’s shoes be replaced with a new product as soon as possible. I expect this process to be completed quickly and without causing me any further inconvenience.
