Karcher SV7 Steam Cleaner Repeated Fault

I purchased a Karcher SV7 Steam Cleaner on 05.04.2025 for hygiene purposes, especially for my 3-year-old child, but I have experienced serious victimization in a very short time. I only tested the device once when I bought it and then started using it about three months later. Within about three months of active use, the product malfunctioned twice. The first malfunction occurred on 10.01.2026. I called the service, they picked up the product late, and after about 20 days they returned it to me on 30.01.2026, stating that the vacuum motor and carrying handle had been replaced. However, shortly after receiving the device, on 02.03.2026 it malfunctioned again. This time, the device was not giving steam, it was detecting the water tank as empty even though it was full, and it was working only for a few seconds and then the steam was cutting off. I called the service again and they said that the cargo would come and pick up the product, but despite calling many times, no one came. In the end, I had to send the device myself by cargo from Gaziantep to the Karcher Istanbul Halkalı branch at the address Basın Ekspres Yolu No:*/B, Ayaz Plaza 34*** Halkalı / Küçükçekmece / Istanbul on 17 March, and the product reached them on 25 March. Although I clearly showed the malfunction in a video, the service returned the product to me on 30.03.2026, saying "there is no malfunction in the product", without any clear information. I learned that the product had been shipped back only via the cargo message. No one sends a working product to the service for no reason. The device is clearly faulty and I have proved this with video. Despite this, the service process is extremely slow, communication is almost non-existent, the promises made are not kept (the cargo pick-up they mentioned was never made), and the customer is completely victimized. During this whole period, I was largely unable to use the product I bought for my child’s health. My device was sent to the service under the name Tuğba Y***, with service record number Cas5420000f0L6. Since a product that malfunctions twice in about three months cannot be considered reliable, I definitely do not want another repair. I declare that I consider the product defective and I do not accept another repair. I request either a new, fault-free SV7 device to be provided or a full refund of the product price. I kindly ask Karcher Türkiye to resolve this issue as soon as possible and to put an end to my victimization.
