Barclays Bank app won’t let me log in — how can I fix this?

If you can't log into the Barclays Bank app, first check your internet connection and make sure that the app and your device's operating system are fully updated, since shaky data and old software often block access.

Try force-closing the app, restarting your phone, or uninstalling and reinstalling the Barclays app. If you have the right passwords, you still won't be able to log in if your cache or data is corrupted.

You can also restart the app through its settings and re-register if you need to. Alternatively, you can check Barclays' service status page to see if there is a problem with logins that affects more than one person.
