Barclays Bank Mobile App Locks Funds for 6 Weeks With No Resolution
For about a month and a half, I have been unable to withdraw money from the trading platform in Barclays Bank’s mobile app. When I try to withdraw a total of $17,550 from my account numbered 7818713, I receive an error message saying, “Your account has been blocked for security reasons.” Even though my account is visible, I do not have any contract on file.
During this process, I contacted customer service and was told that my situation was classified as a “security case.” However, my problem has not been resolved, and my financial hardship continues.
What I expect from Barclays Bank is the immediate return of my blocked funds.
