Parimatch Bonus Balance Issue

I am writing regarding an issue I faced with a 450 bonus on Parimatch.com while playing cricket betting from India. On 01/04/2026 at around 06:20, my amount of 450 was not added to my main deposit balance and went directly into the bonus balance instead, even though I did not want it to go as a bonus. Due to this, I could not use my money in the way I had planned on the platform. I have not yet contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue and I am reaching out through this complaint first. I kindly request that the 450 amount be converted from the bonus balance to my main balance so that I can use it as normal deposit money in my account.
