Bank Of America Doesn't Give Information About My File
On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 3:05 PM, I attempted to withdraw $300 from the ATM at the Bank of America branch located at 500 N Michigan Avenue using my Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) debit card from Turkey. The ATM completed the transaction but did not dispense the money. However, my bank statement still shows the amount as withdrawn. I reported the issue to Financial Center Assistant Manager Suzette Khan and BOA Customer Service, but I was told that I needed to resolve the matter with my bank in Turkey. I contacted TEB, and they informed me that they submitted a request to Bank of America and that the issue is under review. It has now been five months, and neither TEB nor Bank of America has provided any updates or resolved the problem. I am still waiting for the $300 to be refunded to my account. I request immediate action to resolve this matter and return the funds to me.
