Lost $400 Due to Bank Of America ATM Error – No Resolution After 45 Days


I opened an account with TEB Bank specifically to easily withdraw money while abroad. When I tried to withdraw $200 from a Bank of America ATM in the U.S., which is TEB's partner bank, I didn't receive the cash due to an ATM error, yet the amount was deducted from my account. I immediately contacted TEB customer service, and they said they opened a case for me. However, 45 days have passed with no updates, and I recently experienced the same issue again, leaving me $400 short. If TEB doesn't resolve this quickly, I will pursue every available complaint channel. People choose your bank for convenient international transactions, and this lack of action is unacceptable. I demand an immediate solution.
