Garanti BBVA Took My Deposit and Did Not Credit It to My Account

On January 2, 2025, I attempted to deposit ₺3,000 using my Garanti BBVA bank card at the TEB Ümitköy Branch ATM in Ankara. During the transaction, the ATM took the money, processed it briefly, and then displayed an error without returning the amount or crediting it to my account. Following this, I submitted an official petition to the Garanti BBVA Ümitköy Branch but have not received any updates via SMS, email, or phone. I kindly request an urgent investigation into the matter and a resolution to address my financial loss. Thank you for your attention.
