On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 3:05 pm I wanted to withdraw $300 from the Bank Of America ATM at 500 N Michigan Avenue Branch. However, the ATM completed the transaction without paying the money. I tried to withdraw money with my Turkish Economy Bank debit card from Turkey. The bank statement still shows that money has been withdrawn. BOA authorities told me that I need to solve the issue with TEB in Turkey. Because my account is in Turkey TEB. I forwarded the issue to TEB Customer Services. I still haven't got the money and the problem hasn't been solved. I request that the problem be resolved and the $300 be refunded to my account.
