I downloaded Bacioo and signed up, however I had problems uploading my profile photo right away because it was slow and unresponsive. I nevertheless decided to give it a try and paid €29.99 for the two-month premium subscription. Bacioo froze totally less than two hours later. It doesn't recognize my account at all now, and every time I try to get in with my email and password, it doesn't work. I sent an email to the developer, but I never got a response. I feel like I've just wasted money, and I'm much more worried about how my data and pictures might be utilized. I'd really appreciate it if someone could assist me figure this out.
