Hotmegle Chat Took My Payment But I Got No Premium Access

I paid for a premium membership on Hotmegle.Chat and thought I would be able to use it right away, but it never showed up in my account panel. I paid for premium features, but I still can't use them even though my payment went through. I have contacted Hotmegle's live support and sent emails, but I haven't heard back or gotten a solution yet. I feel like I'm being ignored after paying for the service, which is really unfair. If Hotmegle.Chat can't turn on my premium membership right away, I think the only fair thing to do is give me a full refund.
