Bumble Premium Subscription Fails to Deliver Any Benefits

I downloaded the Bumble app, and it seemed fine at first. However, after upgrading to Premium, the experience drastically declined. The app stopped suggesting matches altogether, rendering the subscription completely useless.

When paying for a Premium membership, I expected enhanced features and a better experience, but instead, I received nothing. The app became non-functional in terms of connecting with potential matches. This feels like a waste of money, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of value in the paid features.

I request Bumble to address this issue and either improve the Premium functionality or issue a refund. Subscribers deserve the features they’re promised, not a degraded experience.
