I subscribed to Bumble Premium Plus, paying ₺300 per week, expecting full access to features. However, right after making the payment, Bumble blocked my account, allegedly because my profile photo didn’t meet their guidelines. The most frustrating part? There was no warning or notification about the photo being inappropriate before I made the payment.
They took my money without hesitation, and only afterward decided my photo was an issue—without giving me a chance to fix it. I didn’t even get through the first few days of my subscription before my account was deactivated. Now I can’t use the service I paid for, and I’m being forced to create a new account from scratch.
This is completely unfair. If my photo didn’t meet community standards, I should have been notified before the transaction was processed—not after the fact, when it's too late and the money’s already gone.
Bumble, this is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of my ₺300 and a proper explanation. You can't charge users, block them without warning, and then walk away with their money.
